Harvey Square Apartments

Harvey Square went in from bare ground. We trenched the site utilities, ran the underground mains, and set stub-ups to every unit before a slab was poured — the work that has to be right first, because nothing after it moves if it isn’t.

Above grade: PEX distribution through the buildings, gas piped out to the meter bank, tankless water heaters and manifolds in the mechanical closets, and the whole fixture package — kitchens, baths, accessible units with roll-in showers and grab bars, the community laundry and the janitor’s sinks.
